User ID and password

Your principal ID number and password are given to you when you sign up with Ezypay, please refer to your welcome letter which you receive once your application form has been loaded into our system or contact newenquiries@ezypaynz.co.nz for more information.

Forgotten your password?

Resetting your password will create a new password, which will be sent to your email address. To reset your principal administrator password, enter your principal administrator user ID and then press the reset password button. Only a principal administrator can reset a secondary user password.

Access to the system is restricted to authenticated users.

Unauthorised access is not permitted and will be prosecuted to the full extent of applicable laws.
